At Help and Hope For You, we are a community rooted in connection, compassion and understanding. We are a place where your story is honored, your role is seen and your journey is met with care and support.

The Meaning Behind Our Mission

We understand that Alzheimer’s impacts not only memory, but also a person’s emotional well-being and physical health. At Help and Hope For You, we realize that often there is a shift in dynamics, within families- with children now taking care of their parent(s).

Many individuals and families find themselves navigating:

  • Gradual changes of a loved one, over time

  • Emotional and physical exhaustion

  • Moments of grief, while caring for their loved one

  • The feeling of isolation and often being misunderstood

  • The challenge of locating resources that help both the individual and the caregiver
