The Meaning Behind Our Mission
We understand that Alzheimer’s impacts not only memory, but also a person’s emotional well-being and physical health. At Help and Hope For You, we realize that often there is a shift in dynamics, within families- with children now taking care of their parent(s).
Many individuals and families find themselves navigating:
Gradual changes of a loved one, over time
Emotional and physical exhaustion
Moments of grief, while caring for their loved one
The feeling of isolation and often being misunderstood
The challenge of locating resources that help both the individual and the caregiver
